Mentorship for Christian Women Called to Birth Work

Mentorship for Christian Women Called to Birth Work
Just because you’re called doesn’t mean you’re equipped — yet.

  • You feel the tug...

The nudge to step into the incredible space of birth work. The Lord has placed it on your heart to do this work.
You know this is a calling — to walk with women through one of the most powerful and vulnerable moments of their lives.
But if you're really honest, you’re not sure where to begin. Trained? Certified maybe? But honestly left questioning …
“How do I start a doula business?”
“How do I support women well while also caring for my own home and family?”
“How do I balance the on-call lifestyle with motherhood, marriage, and real life?”

You don’t need to figure it out alone. It doesn’t have to even be yours to figure out. Because I’ve already figured it out.
You just need to be equipped.

  • Who is this program designed for?

New or aspiring doulas who want to step confidently into birth work, or current doulas ready to grow their business.

Women who feel led to support mothers in pregnancy, birth, or postpartum — even if they don’t know what to call it yet

Moms who want to serve others without sacrificing their own homes or burning themselves out

    This isn’t a course. It’s not a download.
This is personalized mentorship from someone who’s built a thriving, sustainable birth business while raising a family — and who wants to pour into you.

Why I believe in
this program

As a new doula I constantly had big ideas, big dreams, and even bigger doubts that it would ever happen.
“I want to offer ____, but how would I do that?” Technically a business owner, but had no idea how to build or run a business. I figured it all out on my own and it came with a LOT of floundering, doubt, trial and error, and true failures.

The book Who Not How by Dan Sullivan emphasizes that growth and success come not from asking “How can I do this?” but “Who can help me do this?” Instead of figuring everything out on their own, people thrive when they find the right who—someone with the expertise, experience, and passion to guide them forward. As a mentor, I am that “Who” for new doulas: a trusted guide who helps them grow their business, avoid burnout, and stay rooted in home and faith—so they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I learned the hard way, got my skills through hard grit and falling on my face. Instead of spending months (or years) trying to figure out how to build a doula business, how to find clients, or how to balance birth work with your family—you get a “Who”: someone who’s already walked that path. I’ve made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and found the rhythms that allow me to serve both my clients and my home well. By joining this mentorship, you shortcut confusion and overwhelm by gaining direct access to wisdom, strategy, and spiritual encouragement—so you can confidently grow your doula practice without sacrificing your family or your faith.

I didn’t have a who to help me along the way and teach me. But here I am now, successful and confident in my knowledge and ability to support moms in labor. I want to help you expedite the process so you don’t have to learn the hard way like I did. You can start supporting moms, equipped to do it well, from the beginning of your birth work journey.

Let’s get you equipped for the good work the Lord has called you to.

Financial investment in this program will look different for each mentee. Local women may be able to tag along and sit in on prenatals and attend births with me, whereas virtual mentees will consist of online coaching and homework to do in their own time. The beauty of this opportunity is that it’s built for you and for your needs - and priced accordingly.
If you’re interested in learning from me, let’s chat and figure out where you are in your journey, what you need from me, then I’ll write you an estimate and a plan.
I’ve learned a lot over the years and I would love to share my knowledge and wisdom with other women getting into the birth-work-world, so you can walk into the labor space with confidence and grow your business in a way that serves your family well.
