Services Offered
$200
One two hour meeting, in person or virtual, with a printable PDF full of information and a birth plan template. I teach you techniques for coping with labor pains, labor and birth positions, and all available medical options and interventions.
I help you create a birth plan, with a printable template, and understand how to make informed choices for both yourself and your baby and advocate for yourselves well to get the outcomes you’re desiring.
I recommend husbands attend this meeting.
Birth Planning Session
$200
One two hour meeting, in person or virtual, with a printable PDF full of information to work through with your husband as you plan for this season together. This covers both practical concepts and mindsets, walking you through different scenarios and figuring out the best options for your family in this season. Postpartum is not one size fits all! You need to build a plan specific to your family in this season of life.
By making a plan that focuses on healing and bonding families are able to thrive during this transformative time, not just survive it. Easing your way into a season of rest by building a plan for the days ahead that is specific to your own life and needs. This session includes relationship care as well, because the husbands matter too! This new baby is not only changing mom’s life, it changes dad’s too, and that matters!
Postpartum Planning Session
$50
Still carrying the weight of a previous birth? Do you question if certain interventions were necessary? Is there a layer of guilt or trauma when you look back at your previous birth?
I can help you navigate those very emotional questions. Coming from a place of personal understanding and compassion, having been there myself, I want to walk with you as you dig through the past and bring it into the light and understand it in a new way.
A previous birth, a previous provider, a previous negative experience shouldn’t be the thing holding you back from growing your family if that’s what you desire. The truth of the gospel has a lot to say about birth trauma, I’d be honored to journey this with you.
This is especially helpful for mamas hesitant to go into the birth space again due to bad experiences.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Cost Breakdown:
$400 Prenatal Visits
$800 Labor/Birth Support (please keep in mind I may be with you for 20+ hours of labor)
$200 Postpartum Visit
$100 Communication/Being on call for your birth/continued education/gas for commute/taxes/childcare/ etc.
*If the price listed doesn’t fit your budget, please let me know your situation, I am happy to make adjustments on pricing on a case by case basis.

Initial Consultation
Let’s get to know each other. Tell me about your life, your birth goals, any past birth experiences. In exchange I’ll tell you my story, how I started doula work and hear my heart behind what I do. You can ask me all your questions before committing to hire me and really make sure we’re a good fit first. And I’ll probably give you a few tidbits of free advice too!
